Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at Zachary Daniels. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our retail store, working closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a high level of customer service and sales performance.
  • Assist the Store Manager in achieving company KPIs, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory management and minimizing stock loss.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of store presentation, including visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
  • Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for employees and customers.
  • Use management information to make informed business decisions, driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a fast-paced retail environment, with experience in managing a team and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the business.
  • Highly motivated and ambitious, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
