Private Client Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team at Cathedral Appointments | South West Recruitment. As a key member of our Private Client team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and building a successful practice in the regional market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake and build a varied and interesting non-contentious client caseload, including the administration of estates, wills, LPA, trust drafting, and tax planning.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues in Residential Property, promoting cross referrals into the Private Client team.
  • Provide quality supervision and access to more complex work as your practice and confidence grow.
  • Actively develop business opportunities through networking and collaboration with existing and potential referrers.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in wills, trusts, tax planning, and estate administration.
  • Strong rapport-building skills and a tenacious, thorough, and attentive approach to client work.
  • Ability to appreciate the 'bigger picture' for clients and take pride in delivering high standards of work.
