Job Overview:

We are looking for a committed and meticulous Live-In Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our residence. The successful candidate will enjoy a private one-bedroom apartment with all expenses covered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Housekeeping: Ensure thorough cleaning of the home and uphold its cleanliness regularly.
  • Bedding: Change and maintain bedding as required.
  • Laundry: Manage laundry duties, including washing and ironing.
  • Plant Care: Water both indoor and outdoor plants, particularly during the absence of the employers.
  • Dishwasher: Empty the dishwasher and maintain tidiness in bin areas.
  • Gardening: Participate in light gardening activities, including care for the vegetable patch.
  • Pool Maintenance: Conduct pool upkeep and liaise with the pool service provider when the employers are away. Clean the pool weekly when in use.
  • Vehicle Care: Clean vehicles inside and out as necessary.
  • Waste Management: Manage weekly bin collections and recycling tasks.
  • Scheduling and Purchasing: Organize appointments, make arrangements, and procure household supplies as needed.
  • Office Tasks: Assist with filing and other administrative duties if required.
  • Pet Care: Attend to pets, including walking, feeding, and arranging veterinary visits when necessary.
  • Child Care: Collect children from school if needed during the employers' absence.
  • Holiday Home Management: Oversee holiday home transitions and prepare welcome packs for guests.
  • Office Cleaning: Conduct monthly cleaning of the office space.

Additional Duties:

  • Responsibilities may be adjusted periodically to meet the family's needs.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently and show initiative.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Dependability and trustworthiness.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Comfortable with pets.
  • Willingness to adapt duties as required.

Pay: £18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
