Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain customer journeys to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Interact with customers across various channels and platforms to understand their needs and preferences
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and functions to ensure seamless customer experience across all touchpoints
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve customer engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer experience initiatives
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of communication strategies and practices
  • Deep understanding of CX tools, practices (journeys) and industry methods
  • Experience in Enterprise Digitalisation, AI, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or User Experience (UX) Design is a strong advantage
  • Strong understanding of business processes across functions such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing and logistics
  • A background in data intelligence or data analytics is preferred
  • Efficient self-organisational, prioritisation and time management skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, communication and working relationship abilities
  • Practical as well as creative approaches to problem-solving
  • Ability to take the initiative and remove barriers to progress work
  • Ability to communicate (translate) technical information to a non-technical audience
