About the Role

As a Commis Pastry Chef at Chewton Glen, you will be an integral part of our culinary team, assisting in the preparation and service of food for our guests and staff under the supervision of our Head Chef.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of pastries and desserts to the highest standards.
  • Work closely with the chef's brigade to ensure seamless service and maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen.

  • Experience working within a luxury hotel is desirable.
  • NVQ in catering or equivalent.
