The Role

We're currently seeking a Technical Services Manager to join our team at our Droitwich Dairy site. As a key member of our quality team, you'll be responsible for leading the quality agenda across the site, ensuring adherence to customer requirements, improving product quality, and driving out waste and inefficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with production teams to optimize production processes and reduce waste
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers
  • Provide technical support and guidance to production teams to ensure high-quality products

Requirements

  • Technical / Quality Manager experience in a similar FMCG role
  • Relevant knowledge and experience in a similar FMCG role is desirable
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • A good technical knowledge of supermarkets' food safety requirements and a working knowledge of their systems
  • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
  • Team building skills and strong ability to work cross-functionally
  • HACCP Level 4, Food Safety Level 4
