Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
- Follow individual care plans and support clients with their medication
- Work as part of a close-knit team to provide high-quality care and support
Requirements
- No prior social care experience is necessary, but a caring and compassionate nature is essential
- Ability to learn new skills and develop knowledge as part of a supportive team
- Resilience and a willingness to adapt to changing situations
