An organised and highly motivated individual is sought to join our growing property team in an exciting and newly developing role.
Our property administrators are involved in assisting in maintaining a portfolio of fast-paced property receivership appointments. This will involve liaising closely with owners, occupiers and mortgage providers to negotiate a successful conclusion of a property sale or a refinance solutions, which should be managed to the various client's agreed service levels and timescales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining a portfolio of property receivership appointments
- Liaise with owners, occupiers and mortgage providers to negotiate successful conclusions
- Manage client service levels and timescales
- Investigate properties to ensure compliance with tenancy, HMO licensing and Health & Safety regulations
- Instruct necessary partners to assist in finding solutions
Requirements:
- Knowledge of insolvency or a legal/secured lending background
- Experience of property transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
