Exciting Opportunity for a Clinical Lead Nurse

We are thrilled to present a remarkable opportunity for a dedicated Clinical Lead Nurse to join a newly established nursing facility. This modern care home is part of one of the UK's premier healthcare organizations.

This facility will provide a range of services including nursing care, dementia support, residential assistance, mental health care, and specialized services for individuals with learning disabilities.

Qualifications Required:

To be eligible for this position, candidates must hold a valid Registered Nurse qualification along with an active NMC Pin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional nursing care to residents.
  • Perform all necessary care tasks in partnership with fellow nursing professionals.
  • Maintain high standards of care service delivery consistently.
  • Respect the dignity of residents while ensuring their personal care needs are met and promoting their independence.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of residents' needs and prioritize care accordingly.
  • Administer medications and treatments in compliance with NMC guidelines and the organization's medication policies.
  • Ensure that care plans are developed and updated in collaboration with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals, while reporting any health concerns and requesting professional visits when necessary.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Essential experience as a Clinical Lead in a care home setting.
  • Demonstrated success in leading a nursing team to provide person-centered care, including planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Experience in conducting quality clinical assessments and person-first evaluations.
  • Ability to engage effectively with service users to understand their needs and deliver outstanding person-centered care.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC standards.
  • Encourage active participation of service users and their families in the development and evaluation of care programs.

Compensation and Benefits:

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive hourly wage of up to £23.00, translating to an annual salary of up to £43,056. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 36 hours per week on day shifts. In recognition of your dedication and hard work, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including:
