About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Specialist to join our team at We Recruit Group Ltd. As a Health and Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for providing a range of health and safety services to our clients, including risk assessments, fire risk assessments, and site inspections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer a variety of health and safety services to a diverse client base.
  • Familiar with all associated documentation relating to CDM 2015, including Construction Phase Plans, Principal Contractor Plans, and Health and Safety Files.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders on projects, including clients, principal contractors, architects, and keep them updated on health and safety matters.
  • Carry out risk assessments and fire risk assessments on projects.
  • Carry out site inspections and accident investigations when required.
  • Client account management.
  • Develop client relationships and build new ones.
Requirements
  • NEBOSH Construction or NEBOSH General or equivalent.
  • NEBOSH Fire or equivalent.
  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (desirable but not essential).
  • Member to IOSH, APS, IIRMS or a similar professional body.
  • Member to IFE or IFSM.
  • Excellent working knowledge of 2015 CDM Regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Full UK driving license.
