About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Buyer/Procurement Specialist to join our team at Kurt Geiger. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Development: To develop customer and outlet market-focused own brand product collections, keeping a keen eye on the market, competition, current and forthcoming fashion trends.
  • Market Analysis: To constantly review competition to ensure our product proposition is in line with the market across all key areas: fashion trend, price, quality, and availability.
  • Procurement and Sourcing: To continually investigate and propose new product opportunities within the relevant branded market to ensure sales are optimised and brand portfolio is continuously reviewed.
  • Supply Chain Management: To manage a comprehensive and accurate delivery schedule, that meets and supports the needs of the business and where appropriate deal with any late deliveries either by cancellation or achieving suitable discounts.
Requirements
  • Buying Experience: Buying experience for an outlet or premium/luxury brand.
  • Leadership Skills: Possess the ability to drive the brand forward.
