About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Stratford recruiter to take on a leadership role within our Business Support team. As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability, while maintaining high levels of service delivery and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and meet business targets.
  • Lead and manage a small team of consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
