About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our in-house recruitment team at Dignity Plc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process for regional roles in our Funeral Operations & Crematoria division.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment process for regional roles, managing the entire lifecycle from initial briefings to onboarding.
  • Conduct role briefings, craft compelling job adverts, and utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent.
  • Pre-screen and shortlist candidates, arrange interviews, and provide comprehensive feedback to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Process new offers and contracts, ensuring thorough onboarding and due diligence in line with FCA regulations.
  • Provide administrative support for our Applicant Tracking System and resolve internal/external queries.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all parties.

What We're Looking For:

  • Extensive recruitment experience in an in-house or RPO environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment needs simultaneously.
  • Track record of recruiting across various sectors and levels, from entry-level to senior management.
  • Expertise in direct sourcing methods and innovative talent attraction strategies.
  • Strong skills in building and nurturing relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience in planning and developing talent pools for future hiring needs.
