Job Overview

Rev & Regs is seeking a talented Senior Associate specializing in Corporate Law to join a prestigious legal practice.

This position offers a remarkable opportunity for a seasoned corporate attorney to contribute to a dynamic and award-winning law firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage and expand the corporate legal portfolio
  • Take the lead on mergers and acquisitions
  • Support the Commercial division
  • Recognize and evaluate current and upcoming legal challenges and risks, effectively communicating these to relevant stakeholders; participate in discussions aimed at risk mitigation.

Qualifications:

  • 1 - 5 Years PQE
  • Extensive experience in Corporate Law and M&A
  • A high achiever who excels in a fast-paced legal environment.
  • Collaborative team player with exceptional organizational and communication abilities; energetic; eager to learn; and committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards.
  • Ability to demonstrate sound judgment, be solutions-oriented, take ownership of challenges, including making tough decisions and providing well-reasoned arguments for your stance.
  • Qualified solicitor with a background in a reputable corporate and commercial law firm and/or in-house legal team, with experience in corporate transactions.

Work Arrangement: Remote (In-office presence required once a month)

Compensation: £70,000 - £95,000
