Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to support our Managers in our established charity shop in Sawston by covering days off and holidays, including some weekends. The ideal candidate will have great people skills and enjoy working in a busy retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing great customer service to maximize income
  • Sourcing and merchandising stock
  • Managing a team of volunteers/staff
  • Cash handling and understanding of a retail environment
