Position Summary: We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to work with our Senior Sales Managers in the Equipment Sales Group. In this role, you will resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner, offer solutions to drive company revenue, and develop personalized business plans to maximize customer contact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet sales targets by providing exceptional customer service and developing strong relationships with customers.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our equipment sales.
  • Maintain detailed account profiles and prepare sales reports as required.
  • Attend and participate in company-supported events and industry trade shows.
  • Occasionally travel to visit high-value customer sites and other company facilities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
  • Strong phone and negotiation skills.
  • Strong financial focus, including cognitive skills, problem analysis, decision making, and quantitative analysis.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Project, Visio, and CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in process-related industries or a strong mechanical background.
  • Thorough knowledge of how medium & large corporations purchase assets.
  • Proven success in quoting and closing capital equipment sales or similar industry experience.
  • Bilingual a plus (Spanish, German, Italian, Arabic, Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Mandarin).
