We are seeking a skilled Business Applications Support Specialist to join our team at REISS. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and support of various business applications, ranging from small customized solutions to large cross-functional applications.
Your main duties will include supporting and maintaining integrations between applications, as well as collaborating with external third-party systems such as EDI.
This position requires flexibility to work in a diverse shift pattern, including early starts, late finishes, and weekend shifts as determined by a roster. Occasional ad-hoc work outside of regular hours may also be necessary.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide proactive and reactive support for business applications.
- Monitor application behavior, data integrity, and integrations.
- Investigate and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Own resolution of support issues and escalate when necessary.
- Adhere to ITIL processes for issue management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to incidents.
- Implement small changes to support business growth.
- Adhere to established standards and processes within the company.
- Experienced in retail IT systems support, particularly in a multi-channel integrated retail environment.
- Proficient in supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Prior experience with Retail, Merchandising, Finance, and Warehouse solutions is a plus.
- Team player with strong technical skills, including expertise in Excel and other Microsoft applications.
- Familiarity with SaaS solutions, API integrations, and data handling is essential.
