Field Service Technician

Belfast, United Kingdom MCS Group Full time

We are seeking experienced professionals to join the expanding team at MCS Group to support customers across various regions.

This role will involve trips to customer sites to complete planned maintenance and field repairs and will suit a candidate with the experience and competence to deliver good levels of technical service within the field.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be:

  1. You will carry out routine preventative maintenance and conduct trouble shooting and repairs on breakdown call outs.
  2. Install new equipment ensuring systems perform to manufacturer specification.
  3. Commission new equipment ensuring system performance meets manufacturer standards.

The successful candidate will have:

  1. Full Clean Driving Licence
  2. Minimum 3 years experience in fire and security field service engineer roles
  3. Experience working to NACOSS Gold Accreditation & standards

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent technical skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
