Job Description

Job Title: Marketing & Events Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our UK and Ireland Marketing team at Triumph Motorcycles. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing UK consumer events, as well as supporting the Marketing team with other marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate UK consumer events, including logistics, marketing materials, and event execution
  • Support the Marketing team with other marketing activities, such as social media, email marketing, and trade show participation
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to support local market KPIs and product activation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Communications, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze event and marketing performance metrics to inform future strategies and improvements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing and event planning, preferably in the motorcycle or motorsports industry
  • Strong understanding of the UK and Ireland motorcycle market, including consumer behavior and market trends
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel frequently, including overnight stays, for event execution and marketing activities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software
