About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Operations Manager to join our team at We Do Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a pivotal role in managing the group's treasury operations and providing vital business insights to the board.

Key Responsibilities
  • Treasury Management: Design, control, and review of the Group Treasury Manual, oversight and approval of all external payments through various systems and banks, management of external reporting for debt facilities with lenders, business engagement on treasury requirements and impacts on other projects, and day-to-day management of the cashier function and team.
  • Management & Statutory Reporting: Collation and consolidation of cashflow reporting and forecasting for the board, significant input into the production of consolidated statutory accounts, including disclosures, detailed working papers, and management of the group's viability assessment, collaboration with divisional finance teams and auditors to resolve issues promptly, and ad hoc financial analysis and project-based reporting for the board.
  • Other Key Responsibilities: Primary control and approval of changes in supplier data in the ERP system (COINS), lead external reporting with bodies such as the Office for National Statistics, and represent finance in group projects, ensuring financial requirements and critical review are considered.
Your Profile

We are looking for a proactive and technically strong finance professional who can demonstrate the following:

  • Qualified accountant with a strong background in technical accounting and treasury.
  • Solid IT skills, with advanced Excel proficiency preferred.
  • Experience with the COINS accounting system is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
What We Offer

The role offers a competitive day rate of £400 - £500. This is a hybrid role, with 2/3 days per week in the head office.
