Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Handyman to ensure the upkeep of a prestigious residential development. Our client is a prominent management agency overseeing numerous residential properties, providing an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the property management sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of communal spaces.
  • Perform painting and decorating tasks as needed.
  • Manage waste removal efficiently.
  • Offer general maintenance assistance throughout the development.
  • Identify and report defects or incidents, taking corrective measures in consultation with the Development Manager.
  • Conduct monthly checks on emergency lighting systems and ensure fire alarm tests are performed regularly.
  • Carry out routine repairs and replace door locks as necessary.
  • Ensure tools are securely stored and only used by authorized personnel.
  • Pressure wash and clean bin storage areas weekly, keeping all pathways and communal areas tidy.
  • Perform touch-up painting in communal areas as required.
  • Regularly inspect and maintain terrace areas, including plant care.
