Test Environment Services Lead
£54,000 to £62,000 plus excellent benefits

We are seeking a Test Environment Services Lead to ensure our testing environments and systems are appropriately evaluated and suitable for our colleagues, customers, and members.

This is an exciting opportunity as we evolve our organization for the future; you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service across our Digital Technology & Data teams and the broader organization.

In this position, you will work in a hybrid manner, spending at least one day per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and oversee the environment & data management service across relevant technical infrastructure.
  • Monitor and govern third-party service capabilities, reporting on essential service metrics.
  • Ensure alignment of the environment & data management service with other internal and external platform and service teams.
  • Manage environment and data management resources in accordance with standard practices, configuration, release, and quality assurance processes.
  • Cultivate and maintain effective business and technical partner relationships.
  • Assess and enhance environment & data management processes, delivery methods, tools, and operational practices.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
  • Experience in managing third-party suppliers and offshore service teams.
  • Knowledge of environment management, data management/migration, infrastructure delivery, configuration/release management, and test automation.
  • The capability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams of varying sizes.
  • Proficiency in coordinating multiple workstreams and effectively prioritizing tasks.
  • Familiarity with ERP/SAP, Azure, WMS, and/or retail infrastructure.
