About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team within Vistry South Central Midlands. As our Assistant Site Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of site-based projects or remedial work. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the control and delivery of construction projects to meet customer specifications, ensuring that all risk, specification, and project objectives are met in full.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the control and delivery of construction projects to meet customer specifications.
  • Deputise for the Site Manager as required, motivating, supporting, and managing the site-based team to ensure health, safety, and environmental performance standards are achieved.
  • Strive to achieve program and quality requirements while promoting the importance of customer relationships to the site-based team.
