As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining a high standard of care for our customers in various settings, including residential homes, nursing homes, hospitals, and specialist units.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers with personal care tasks, including dressing, meal support, and personal hygiene needs.
- Support customers to maintain their dignity and independence, taking into account their care needs and personal preferences.
- Work collaboratively with other care professionals to deliver high-quality care services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the individual needs of our customers.
- Minimum of 6 months' experience as a Senior Healthcare Assistant within the last 5 years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Highly compassionate and empathetic nature, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care services.
- NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care (or above) or equivalent qualification.
- Enhanced DBS Check and driving license (desirable).
