Job Title: Medical Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Medical Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Medical Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, repair, and maintenance of our range of highly advanced MRI Magnetic Resonance Imaging Systems located at hospital and healthcare centers throughout Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, and West Sussex.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to join a world-class medical imaging systems organization. You will be working with a team of engineers who take great pride in their work and aim to build long-term relationships with customers. You will receive constant support and guidance from senior management and have the opportunity to further your technical knowledge through training courses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service, repair, and maintenance of MRI Magnetic Resonance Imaging Systems
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to customers
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new service strategies and processes
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in field service engineering, preferably in the medical device industry
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively
