Job Title: Medical Field Service Engineer, CT Imaging

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Medical Field Service Engineer to join our national team of engineers. As a Medical Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, repair, and maintenance of our range of highly advanced MRI Magnetic Resonance Imaging Systems located at hospital and healthcare centers throughout Berkshire, northern parts of Hampshire, Surrey, and parts of West Sussex.

Your Background

Applications are encouraged from field service engineers with experience in electronic sectors, including medical device, medical imaging, airport security X-ray and CT scanning, industrial imaging, laboratory device, semiconductor, ex HM Forces Engineers (RAF, REME, Navy), industrial / commercial imaging or other areas of electronic manufacturing and services. You must have impeccable customer service skills and a confident and professional manner in customer-facing environments.

The Role

As a Medical Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients
  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs on MRI systems
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues
  • Collaborating with our national team of engineers to ensure seamless service delivery
