  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to provide valuable insights and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other teams across the dealership to provide seamless service to customers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for working with people.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Ability to use initiative, work independently, and take ownership of the role.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Willingness to learn, develop, and stay up-to-date with technical and product information.
