We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Nissan Brand Ambassador. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our Nissan brand to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs and interests.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities, working closely with the sales team to convert leads into sales.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, test drives, and presentations to showcase the performance of our Nissan products.
  • Deliver in-depth product knowledge confidently to guide customers through the operation of their new vehicle.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to provide valuable insights and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for working with people.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Able to use initiative, work independently, and take ownership of the role.
  • Able to multitask and switch quickly between tasks.
  • Willingness to learn, develop, and keep up-to-date with technical/product information.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
