Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Engineer to join our team at Rich Products Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure products manufactured are safe, legal, and comply with customer quality standards.
  • Adhere to all Company Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
  • Lead a team of multi-skilled engineers and ensure high standards of communication and working relationships between teams.
  • Monitor and communicate the performance of the planned maintenance system.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop efficient equipment and processes.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years' experience in Reliability/Production in an FMCG manufacturing/packing environment.
  • Strong Electrical/Mechanical/Pneumatic understanding with ability to ensure full RCAs.
  • Experience in using CI and lean principles for improvements.
  • Ability to read and update Electrical/Mechanical drawings.
  • Knowledge of H&S legislation (e.g. LOLER, PUWER, Electricity @ works regulations, COSHH).
