Becketts Foods Ltd is a leading food processing company with a strong commitment to quality and safety. As a key member of our Technical Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a technically led operational environment and driving continuous improvement in processing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the artwork process, engaging with technical and operational teams to bring quality management systems and HACCP protocols to life, and conducting investigations and resolving failures to meet specifications and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the artwork process to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Engage with technical and operational teams to drive quality and safety initiatives
  • Conduct investigations and resolve failures to meet specifications and procedures
  • Support the completion of relevant data analysis and reporting
  • Conduct random factory process, hygiene, and traceability audits
  • Support technical project work

Requirements:

  • Degree level in food safety, science, or technology discipline, or relevant experience in the food industry
  • Good level of knowledge of computer systems, including Word, Excel, Access, and email
  • Experience with data analysis, interpretation, and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Internal auditor certification (preferred)
