Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers through regular communication, product updates, and value-added services.
  • Provide customers with tailored solutions and product information to meet their needs.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Update and maintain accurate records in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and insights.

Requirements:

  • Sales qualification or equivalent experience in a B2B environment.
  • Significant experience in a technical sales environment, with a strong understanding of customer needs.
  • Proven track record of success in a performance-measured sales environment.
  • Full clean driving license for use in the UK.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level in a relevant scientific, technical, or engineering discipline.
  • Project Management qualification, such as Prince2 or Six Sigma.
  • Customer Service qualification, such as NVQ or Institute of Customer Service.
  • Experience with budgeting and sales forecasting.
  • Proven track record of delivering Customer Service Excellence.
