- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, driving business growth and revenue.
- Update and maintain accurate records in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and insights.
Requirements:
- Sales qualification or equivalent experience in a B2B environment.
- Significant experience in a technical sales environment, with a strong understanding of customer needs.
- Proven track record of success in a performance-measured sales environment.
- Full clean driving license for use in the UK.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Educated to degree level in a relevant scientific, technical, or engineering discipline.
- Project Management qualification, such as Prince2 or Six Sigma.
- Customer Service qualification, such as NVQ or Institute of Customer Service.
- Experience with budgeting and sales forecasting.
- Proven track record of delivering Customer Service Excellence.
