Land Manager

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing renewable development company where you can benefit from development and genuine progression opportunities into a senior level role.

The company is part of a wider group with international offices, focused on renewable development from project inception to delivery and operation. They have ambitious plans to continue growing into their specialist areas while prioritizing their ESG strategy and a greener future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Securing land agreements to support development and delivery of renewable energy projects
  • Identifying and engaging with potential landowners, initial feasibility assessments and negotiating heads of terms
  • Assisting with the preparation and registration of land agreements including leases, options, wayleaves and letter of authority
  • Progression opportunities to a Senior level role
Requirements
  • Previous renewables experience within the wind, solar PV, battery storage or wind sectors
  • Degree qualified in Land/Legal/Planning or similar
  • Strong interest to develop and progress technically
  • Full UK driving license
