Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Land Manager to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. As a Land Manager, you will be responsible for securing land agreements to support the development and delivery of renewable energy projects. You will identify and engage with potential landowners, conduct initial feasibility assessments, and negotiate heads of terms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Securing land agreements to support the development and delivery of renewable energy projects
- Identifying and engaging with potential landowners, initial feasibility assessments, and negotiating heads of terms
- Assisting with the preparation and registration of land agreements, including leases, options, wayleaves, and letters of authority
- Progression opportunities to a Senior level role
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the renewable energy industry, specifically in wind, solar PV, battery storage, or wind sectors
- Degree qualified in Land/Legal/Planning or similar
- Strong interest in developing and progressing technically
- Full UK driving license
