HR Administrator


An exciting opportunity has emerged for a detail-oriented and skilled administrator to become a vital part of our HR team at Integral UK. This role involves supporting the delivery of a comprehensive HR administration service across the organization. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the HR team during a significant transformation initiative, assisting in various facets of HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the administration of all employee movements including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers, ensuring timely and accurate correspondence is dispatched.
2. Address inquiries via email and phone regarding all HR administrative processes.
3. Oversee the updates to the HR information system, maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
4. Facilitate the pre-employment screening process for new hires and role changes, and assist with any related audit activities.
5. Handle all reference requests efficiently.
6. Develop straightforward and clear processes for the organization to follow.
7. Adhere to service level agreements established for HR administration.
8. Collaborate with the broader HR function to foster a robust and effective HR environment.
9. Participate in HR projects as necessary.
10. Conduct process evaluations, providing constructive feedback on areas needing improvement.
11. Maintain exemplary filing systems with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and compliance with policies.
12. Stay informed about statutory employment legislation.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
2. Proficient in IT, particularly with Microsoft Office applications, i-Trent, and other electronic filing systems.
3. Demonstrated experience in executing HR administrative tasks, including contract processing and onboarding procedures.
4. Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information in compliance with GDPR regulations.
5. Strong data handling skills, ensuring efficient and accurate data entry.
6. Previous experience in an office or HR setting.
7. Minimum educational qualification of GCSE or equivalent.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
9. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to resolve issues.
