Divisional Director Opportunity

Optical Express is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Divisional Director to join our senior management team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional patient care across our network of clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the division, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Ensure the highest standards of patient care are delivered, with a focus on safety, effectiveness, and responsiveness.
  • Promote and safeguard the wellbeing of all patients and colleagues, maintaining a culture of excellence and respect.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive growth and profitability, meeting and exceeding financial objectives and KPIs.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in a senior management role, with experience in healthcare or ophthalmic business.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive business growth.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Knowledge of ophthalmology and/or optometry and/or healthcare, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Education to degree level or equivalent, with a good knowledge of HR procedures.
