About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Character Modeler to join our team at DNEG, one of the world's leading visual effects and animation companies. As a Character Modeler, you will work closely with the Rigging Team and Animation Director to create physically plausible FACS and Combination shapes that are on model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capture the likeness of the person being sculpted in 3D
  • Develop a full working knowledge of modelling and sculpting with Maya, Z-Brush, and Mush 3D
  • Gain a good understanding of Linux and Windows
  • Adapt to new skills and techniques, including proprietary software
