- Performance Management: Advise and support managers on performance management processes, including appraisals, capability assessments, and improvement plans.
- Conflict Resolution: Provide guidance on conflict resolution techniques and promote a culture of open communication.
- Data Analysis: Capture and record detailed data, analyzing insights to highlight business opportunities through reports and recommendations.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in a people management or Employee Relations role in a fast-paced environment, with a strong understanding of UK employment law.
- Complex Case Management: Experience in handling complex employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinaries, and performance management.
- Investigation Skills: Experience in conducting workplace investigations and producing investigation reports.
- Excellent Communication: Excellent and effective communication skills, with the ability to coach and motivate others.
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with the ability to manage own workload and prioritize tasks.
- Continuous Learning: Maintains HR knowledge and practice through continuous professional development.
