About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Environmental Safety Specialist to join our team at Morson Talent on a permanent basis. This is a key role within our project and engineering portfolio, which spans across our UK network at various sites and stations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating potential hazards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in health and safety management, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
