We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Practitioner to join our dynamic team as a Salaried GP. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive and compassionate patient care, including consultations, examinations, and treatment plans.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, research, and best practices in primary care.
- Fully qualified General Practitioner with GMC registration.
- Experience in primary care, with a strong understanding of clinical governance and quality improvement principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
