Work Schedule: Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week.
Compensation: Annual salary of £23,010 (equivalent to £11.80 per hour).
Contract Type: Permanent employment.
Work Environment: Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be stationed at one of England's historic properties. Enjoy a vibrant atmosphere with various activities and local delicacies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present a variety of dishes from scratch using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
- Follow the National Trust Cookbook guidelines for measuring and mixing ingredients.
- Assist with inventory deliveries and maintain a clean kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Participate in training sessions related to food safety and allergens.
