We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at the National Trust. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting delicious food from scratch using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food to a high standard, using our 'National Trust Cookbook' as a guide.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring that service runs smoothly and to a high standard.
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety legislation.
- Assist with deliveries and stock management, ensuring that ingredients are stored and used effectively.
