The Marketing Associate will work closely with the Director of Marketing and Distribution to deliver the firm's marketing plans, developing and implementing a wide range of marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and manage a program of hosted events, from inception to follow-up.
  • Attend hosted events to ensure smooth execution and represent the firm.
  • Work with the Director of Marketing & Distribution to prepare materials to support marketing and business development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to keep client and internal proposition forms and documentation up-to-date.
  • Execute marketing campaigns through the website, Google ads, and social media channels.
  • Maintain the website, publishing new content and ensuring SEO objectives are met.
  • Support social media channels, scheduling and monitoring content, and tracking engagement activity.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including template creation, data management, and campaign execution.
  • Provide ad-hoc marketing support and activities as needed.
  • Deliver monthly reports to the Director of Marketing & Distribution.
Requirements:
  • Ability to think creatively and generate new marketing campaigns.
  • Preferably educated to degree level in business or marketing-related areas.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to research and understand the latest marketing trends and best practices.
  • Highly organized, with excellent project management and time management skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language and communication skills.
  • Professional attitude, hardworking, and team player.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to manage competing demands and be flexible.
  • Sound working knowledge of various applications, including WordPress, Hubspot, SEO platform, Canva, and Adobe packages.

This role is ideal for a candidate with a minimum of 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the financial services sector.
