Are you a skilled technician looking for a new challenge in the transportation industry?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fleet Quality Technician to join our team at Dawsongroup bus & coach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise and support to enhance the fleet quality process
  • Test vehicles before dispatch to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with retailer, manufacturer, and industry guidelines
  • Support the general service delivery manager in maintaining our vehicles to high standards
  • Identify and report any issues to the Service Delivery Manager

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • General knowledge of vehicle maintenance
  • Experience with commercial vehicle accident repairs
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Desirable: completed an apprenticeship in City and Guilds or similar in PCV mechanical environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • All candidates will need to demonstrate that they have the Right to Work in the UK
  • A clean driving license is highly desirable
