About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Regional Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Regional Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents across a 20-mile radius.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the delivery of care when on duty
  • Contribute to person-centred care planning for each resident
  • Record observations on temperature, blood pressure, and other important tasks
  • Provide support and companionship to residents
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need a background in care and a good understanding of elderly care. A Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care is desirable, as is a good understanding of the wider healthcare industry. You will also need to be dedicated, compassionate, and passionate about supporting the wellbeing of residents.

Requirements
  • Valid driving license and access to a car (mileage will be covered for journeys over 5 miles)
  • GCSE English and Maths at C or above
