About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and support.
  • Support the clinical team in specific areas, such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews.
  • Respect the dignity and preferences of our residents, creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment.

About You:

  • You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care to join us as a Senior Care Assistant.
  • We require specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
  • You will be warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to giving each resident individualised care and support.
