Key Responsibilities- Deliver group and individual interventions, providing feedback to the Occupational Therapist and Multi-Disciplinary Team.
- Work closely with the Occupational Therapist to develop and implement treatment plans, prioritizing the needs of service users.
- Contribute to the assessment and treatment of service users, using OT assessments and treatment in both groups and individual sessions.
- Experience in adult mental health or personality disorder environments.
- Understanding of Occupational Therapy and the process/interventions.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to manage highly demanding clinical presentations.
