Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sourcing activities particularly in areas such as managed services, service integrations, testing, hardware, and Software as a Service (SaaS).
  • Lead strategic projects in partnership with delivery teams to enhance business functions, including commercial operations, data management, and new site launches.
  • Engage with a diverse array of stakeholders across corporate functions, including IT, Finance, Human Resources, and Legal departments.
  • Continuously update and maintain market intelligence regarding the IT and Information Systems landscape, including best practices, emerging trends, and key suppliers.
  • Proactively collaborate with key stakeholders to develop initiatives aimed at improving operational and commercial efficiencies.
  • Maintain a dynamic sourcing plan that encompasses stakeholder initiatives, procurement strategies, and contract renewals.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the commercial IT landscape.
  • Draft and manage Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) documentation, ensuring the execution of necessary confidentiality agreements.
  • Develop and manage supplier contracts to meet established key performance indicators and targets, while considering the information security of third-party vendors.
  • Bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT/Technology procurement.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with the IT leadership team and broader IT department to function as an internal consultant.
  • Oversee the management and execution of new contracts and contract renewals.
  • Deliver on strategic IT project initiatives.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a robust background in IT procurement, with a proven track record of managing complex sourcing projects and fostering collaborative relationships across various business functions.
