About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sourcing Manager to join our team at Liberty Global Europe Ltd. (UK). As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for delivering sourcing activities that drive business value and support our company's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to category strategy development and collaborate with the LPS Category Intelligence team to translate this strategy into a sourcing strategy implementation plan.
  • Lead the tendering and supplier selection process, ensuring an equal playing field for all suppliers involved, and prepare the negotiation strategy to optimize results.
  • Drive the contract approval process and ensure all involved approve and sign-off the procurement value achieved.
  • Support internal customers with contract in-life management, including formal change requests and disputes.
  • Monitor contract renewal roadmaps and identify in-life savings opportunities.
Requirements
  • Validated experience in procurement, preferably in an international or multi-country environment.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to relate effectively to people at all levels of the organization and with the supply base.
  • Ability to deal well with ambiguity and excellent change management skills to drive improvement.
  • Can-do mentality, pragmatic, and drives for excellent results.
  • Sourcing experience, including competitive bidding processes, tendering, negotiation, and supplier selection.
  • Confident negotiator, comfortable with figures, and proficient in using procurement technology tools and systems.
