Empowering Independence and Supporting Complex Needs

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team in Newbury. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex health needs to live their lives to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Empower individuals to live independently and achieve their goals
  • Provide daily living support, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
  • Support individuals with complex health needs, such as stoma care and PEG feeding
  • Assist with daily activities, such as shopping, cooking, and cleaning
Shift Patterns:
  • Day Shifts: 7:00am - 2:30pm
  • Day Sleep-In Shifts: 2:30pm - 7am the following day (includes £45 sleep-in shift)
  • Sleep-In Shifts: 10pm – 7am (paid to sleep)
