We are seeking a highly skilled Safety Manager to join our team in developing and implementing a comprehensive Safety Management Plan (SMP). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the policy and procedures for the safety management of all Products, Systems, and Services (PSS) that have the potential to cause harm to individuals, property, or the environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the implementation of the Safety Management System throughout the organization.
- Develop Safety Cases for the organization's PSS.
- Support the ongoing development and review of the organization's safety performance.
- Review safety policies and processes, ensuring required elements are understood by stakeholders and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Act as a focal point for safety management in the organization.
The ideal candidate will have formal training or qualifications in Safety Management, previous experience in Safety Management, and a proven track record of developing Safety Cases and leading Safety Panels/Committees.
